Horrible wouldn’t stay again!
It was a nice place and close to the beach. Parking was not onsite.
The pictures are not an accurate portrayal of what this place actually looks like. They don’t clean the rooms and the staff seem to be careless. The sheets literally had a blood stain. I asked to get them changed and they never did.
I like it because it's a small boutique hotel and cozy. Nice area, everything is walking distance, not too loud or overcrowded. However, configuration of the room is awkward. No coffee machine (a big plus for me); location of electrical outlets is poor, no USB ports, refrigerator is too small; not enough surface area to place snacks, beverages etc. or to iron a shirt. HVAC unit is loud and the window needs repair, I needed fresh air.

Good value for the money. easy walking to beach and restaurants. cafe was great for breakfast outside to start the day
Convenience to Middle and South Beach free shuttles and several restaurants were big plusses. A negative was that our room had some loose tiles that was concerning, a quick fix. Overall not a bad choice.
the room was too dirty the floor has never been mapped a lot of hairs everywhere they made me sign a deposit in case I smoked but when I entered the room from the corridor there was a terrible smell they had 2 buildings before I had stayed I had no complaints about it was near the checking area but this time they sent me back and I don't think I'll grow up to that so ugly I had to call orbitz to get my money back super late at night something terrible…

This place is barely trying anymore. Took 20mins to check-in, behind 4 other guests who we baffled where ANYONE was at the front desk, MIA for legit 15mins, no phone answerer even. The Key cards to the room barely work, first night, took me 3 mins to unlock the door. The room had electrical problems, the dimmer light switch had to be set in the perfect setting, otherwise the lights flickered non-stop. Having been here 2 years pre-covid, I knew to keep expectations low, but that's it, you get what you pay for. Everytime you go to the front desk to ask about anything, they look like they're just trying to push you out the door. I asked where a laundromat was (a very common q, right?).... You'd think I'd asked how to get to Mars. Uninhabited Mars is prob more inviting than this place.
Nice pool, rooms are cute if not super clean. Staff was not overly friendly, my room REEKED of pot from the neighbors, and my air conditioner broke so my room was 93°. Staff eventually moved me to a different room but were very laidback and not at all apologetic like it wasn’t inconvenient to have to move rooms at midnight due to broken facilities.
