Parking easy. Didn't use bar. I was assigned to a room that was not cleaned and bed was not made. I was assigned to a different room. The room I stayed in had no clock and no phone. Although I did not select an "accessible" room when I made the reservation, this room had a walk-in shower. I prefer a tub. Although the hotel charges $11 for breakfast, it was the worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel/motel. The food was cold. the sausage was like dried out slabs of cardboard. All of it was quite tasteless.

Staff was great and made checking in and out easy. The first room we were put in was dirty which was upsetting but also ice machine on first floor did not seem to work properly. Elevator was fine but did make some questionable noises but overall not bad.

The room I stayed in did not have working outlets in the restroom. My room was right next to (and I mean directly next to) a light pole, so I had to use clips on the curtains to keep the blinding light out of the room when the lights were off. The elevator was filled with clods of dirt when I arrived and stayed that way for the several days of my visit. I also had to return to the front desk on the second day of my stay because my keycard for entrance to my room was deactivated. It turns out that it was activated for just one night. The restaurant is nice, and there is ample parking. Just request not to be placed in the room directly next to the lightpole.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The restaurant is very good if you don't want to go out. Bed was comfy I am very picky about mattresses. I did buy a noise machine because the road noise is very loud when the ac shuts off. We stayed 6 days to see our son and we will definitely stay here again.
