Place was very nice looks just like the pics.check in was smooth no hassle.great location beale street is literally a four minute walk. Would definitely rent here again for a trip to Memphis

The location of this place is amazing. It is right by the entertainment of Beale Street and very close to FedexForum. There is parking across the street and a garage next door. Theres even a coffee shop downstairs. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It can be a lil noisy because you are right there near the action but not bad enough that it would keep me from getting this spot on a future trip.

This was a unique 1 bedroom,1 bed about 4 blocks from a conference I was attending. The unit was spotless with a huge kitchen counter and basic kitchen needs (dishes, cookware, etc ). No coffee, teas, extras. Tastefully decorated. Huge closet and storage area off bathroom. The bed was abnormally high and could be a problem for a very short person. Shower functioned well and consistently hot. There were a couple of small grocery stores nearby that I discovered from a walker. The unit faces a parking lot that could get noisy on the weekends. Although there were homeless people around, I felt safe but would not walk out late at night by myself. There is a coffee shop on the first floor that can be accessed from inside the building. Appears to close early afternoon. Recommend the owner add a small table in the closet off the bathroom for guests to place personal hygiene items.
