Very nice staff and the area is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The parking is kinda precarious because IF you park in the wrong place you'll get towed. The staff will let you know where you can park. I wish the bed was more comfortable, but other than that it's wonderful.

The whole place needs a facelift. The fitness area was dirty without towels. The equipment is rusty and not working properly. There was a dead roach in our room and the safely lock on the inside of the door was broken. Do Not Stay here.

Room was clean, beds had clean sheets. The pull out was scary— mattress probably should be thrown out. Pretty gross. The bathroom had good water pressure. Breakfast was lacking, coffee was terrible and waffles were questionable. The pool was clean, no towels, but also, no heat in the (indoor) pool. Kiddos didn’t mind the freezing pool, but not for the faint of heart. Outside there were signs on the property mentioning theft, and our bedroom door had TWO locks on it, also a little concerning but didn’t have any issues while there.
