Upon arrival, found that our carpet next to the bed was saturated with water. Called to notify the front desk. They basically said there is nothing we can do. Found out later that there was a leak on the floor above us that appeared they couldn’t fix. Woke up the next am with a flooded room and no water to take a shower, brush our teeth, or flush the toilet. Now can’t get them to respond to the third party trying to get me a refund even though they told me it would be approved at check-out. Also room still not ready after check-in time. Had to wait several hours to get checked in. They never even came to our room to look at it. Don’t stay here!!

The location and property was nice. I paid and booked for double beds and got a room with 1 bed. I reserved a room for 2, not 1.

I liked the staff and my stay there. I love the TV, but it kept lagging while I was watching TV.

They did not provide replacement towels unless asked for and there was no clarity on the so called meals provided at this location. Staff was nice.

The property was nice, well maintained and located near shopping, excursions, and restaurants. Will definitely visit again.

In the mist of the pandemic. I thought they managed it to the best of their ability.

I loved the location more than anything. Mr. Edgar the hostess was very nice. The hotel itself was amazing.

The shower set up in room 125 was inconvenient. The soap holder is placed for a kneeling toddler and the water on/off is placed across the flowing stream on the side wall of the shower. Strangest placement I’ve ever seen. That’s the bad. The good, to me, is the compact size of the rooms, but maintaining the fridge, microwave, etc. The lobby/bar area is very nice. It’s basically everything a downtown Hilton has, but nestled into a business class hotel. Great work there!

When I arrived at the property there when three clerks at the check in desk, after about two or three minute of standing one finally decided to greet me and assist me which checking in. Secondly, I go to check in my room and there is a staff member coming out from taking a crap in the bathroom. He tells me he is doing a final room check. That’s disappointing. The overall hotel is clean and offers plenty of amenities but for the price I would have expected a more professional staff.

Our main complaint were the curtains. It was past midnight and it looked like morning outside due to outside lights. The curtains don’t block out light and our room was too bright.
