The room was way too warm, so I adjusted the temperature control to bring that down and it took two hours to get cool enough to get to sleep. Then an alarm buzzed repeatedly at 6:00 am that morning. I couldn't get back to sleep. The front desk was absolutely indifferent to all of this.

The room was very clean, which is always my highest priority for accommodations when I travel ANYWHERE!! Even the bathroom corners and every surface were clean! The bed and pillows were comfortable, but the most surprising aspect of my stay was the service from employees that exceeded my expectations!! I have high standards but was even taken back by the professionalism, politeness and accommodating, positive attitude of Tyler when I checked in on the afternoon of November 14 and the lovely woman who waited on me the next morning when I ordered breakfast from the menu. In these days when it is often hard to find service-oriented employees, both of these staff members represented the Hilton brand at a high level!!! I had not met them prior to our stay but both were so welcoming!

The staff was great. The carpet in hall was stained and a dirty towel was laying in front of our door. Also a bloody Kleenex was laying in our bathroom. It’s a good area and the bed was comfortable.

We don't drink. . .parking was excellent. . .staff was excellent - always courteous and helpful. When we checked in we asked for a walk-in shower with grab bars and were given such a room immediately. Greatly appreciated for we are 78 and 80 in age.

The reason for my three star review has nothing to do with the staff, they were wonderful! However the walls are not soundproof. The poor person in the room to our left was ill “all night” and the smoke alarm in the room to our right went off early in the morning.
