While I was microwaving my food THE AC FRAME FELL IN MY ROOM AN SCARED THE CRAP OUTTA ME I CALLED FRONT DESK AN SHE WAS Nasty customer service on Saturday night she was extremely rude an snappy not only that the first room they had given me the ac was broke an so was the microwave so just my first two nights was a bother
