There wasn’t anyone at the front desk when we arrived. We waited several minutes for someone to show up to check us in. The bar was closed (Monday night). The bathroom in our room smelled of marijuania and there were no bottled waters in the room. Very nice hotel. We have stayed here several times in the past and were very well pleased. It seemed to be under new management. I did not see any of the people that I have met in previous stays. Not bad but not what we have been accustomed to in the past stays.

Nice, clean hotel in convenient location

Clean room and friendly staff. The only gripe I have is a small one and it has nothing to do with customer service because that aspect was excellent. I just do not like these sliding barn doors for the bathroom that so many hotels are going to. But the hotel itself is great. We saw a show at FedEx Forum and I always try to get hotels within walking distance and this location was perfect.
