Staff were very nice, breakfast was typically for a hotel, not great but edible. Room was nice besides the stain on sheets and questionable coloring (most likely mold) around the knobs and jets of the tub

Air conditioning was very load. Only two lamps in entire room and was missing bulbs. Blinds did not keep the light out at night and the shower was warm but we could not get it hotter

Not the best Best Western

This was definitely not one of the best Nest Western we have stayed in. Advertised hair dryer and there was none, asked front desk, not enough for each room, normally take from rooms not occupied, but hotel was too full. One of the beds was OK, the other needs the mattress replaced, sinks in the middle.

Very disappointed- hotel needs a major renovation. Exercise room only 2 machines… a not working elliptical and a treadmill which appears 20 years old. Shower in our room only worked with super hot weak spray; couldn’t adjust. Free breakfast very limited choices. Strong chlorine smell outside pool entrance and door wouldn’t open. Paid a premium price for a weekend night stay. Definitely won’t stay here again when we come down to Taylor University.

Quick overnight

This is what I needed, a 1) safe, 2) clean place to spend an overnight while on business. Desk was accommodating at check in and process was smooth. Why a 3 star instead of five was the air conditioner no matter what setting I tried kept turning off and on all night. Thankfully, I did bring ear plugs and was able to sleep. The bath tub and sink pooled up water as if there’s a clog in the pipes. They slowly drain. The water would get nice and hot though which is a plus. Overall the room was clean, no smells. There was an Ok breakfast. Overall, if it’s a quick overnight, it may be what you need too.
