We were sold on location but the location could not overcome the mold in the rooms and non attentive staff. I wish the hotel would attend to the mold and understand the health risks for future guests. The staff should care for their guests and that is not the case here unfortunately and we moved hotels

Hotel is in a great location jusst in front of Parque El Retiro, walkable distance to many restaurantes, shopping, and many attractions. Staff is very friendly, space rooms, the only recommendation is to review the air conditioning, noisy every time that starts. The rest we are very happy with the Hotel and we used in our visits to Madrid.
