The hotel is perfectly clean, despite allowing pets, there is no detrimental evidence of this. The beds are comfortable, the staff lovely, the breakfast more than adequate, and the location is great. It is not the most luxurious hotel - but you get what you pay for, this is one of the cheapest hotels in Madrid, and I have no complaints. There isn't a lot of privacy within each room, so only share with someone you know well!

Hotel 5 mins walk to metro station. Is next to the flyover but there was no traffic noise. I booked the hotel due to the convenience getting to and from Rayo Vallecano stadium and this worked well but it is also close to the main city by metro. I left my plug adapter at home by mistake and they were able to supply me with one. Rooms are compact but clean and the facilities are more than adequate. Can only be complimentary about my one night stay.

The hotel in its self is what you pay for, clean, helpful staff and a good breakfast. The uncontrollable is other guests with no consideration for others. Room doors slamming most of the night. Most definitely the worst nights sleep in a long time.

You always know what to expect when you stay at an Ibis and this location was true to form. Despite the space being small, rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff on duty was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I usually don’t have breakfast but it was reasonably priced so l tried it. I was pleasantly surprised by the good options, the healthy choices and the variety of beverages. Definitely worth the price. I was also very appreciative of the fact that I could check in quite late without any problems. I will return when I next visit.

O hotel de um modo geral estava bem conservado, seguindo o padrão Íbis Budget, com quarto pequeno mas confortável. A localização do hotel é um pouco distante da regiao central, mas é muito bem servida por ônibus e metrô. Perto do hotel existe um Carrefour, um Burguer King e um MC Donald’s, além de outros estabelecimentos comerciais. O que me desagradou bastante foi o atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente os homens, que eram mal educados, soltavam piadinhas e estavam de cara feia o tempo todo. O café da manhã era bem repetitivo, mas pior que isso era o mal humor do funcionário responsável pela manutenção do local e reposição das comidas. O recepcionista que me recebeu também do mesmo jeito, super mal educado. Enfim, o hotel é bom dentro das expectativas de um Íbis Budget, mas o que estraga a hospedagem são os funcionários, lembrando que não tive problemas com as funcionárias mulheres.

Hotel com otimo custo beneficio, mas com um ponto importante a resolver. As acomodacoes sao muito novas e impecavelmente limpas, o que ja e um grande diferencial para um hotel dessa categoria. O estacionamento e adequado para uma cidade como Madrid, sem grandes reclamacoes. O unico ponto que realmente deixou a desejar foi o chuveiro. A agua oscila constantemente entre quente e fria, sem manter uma temperatura estavel. Para quem chega cansado de um longo dia de viagem ou turismo e quer apenas um banho quente tranquilo, isso e muito frustrante e compromete o descanso. Fora esse problema, o hotel entrega bem o que promete. O custo beneficio é muito bom para o valor cobrado em Madrid. Se a administracao resolver a questao da agua do banho, seria um hotel sem ressalvas para recomendar.

La Ubicación para conocer Madrid es excelente, una muy de verdad corta caminata por un barrio muy tranquilo, y estás en la estación de metro puerta de Vallecas, línea 1 esa línea tiene terminales en todos los puntos turísticos
