This is a beautiful hotel and the facilities are excellent. Lovely rooms, comfortable lounge and bar/cafe area, on-site spa and therapy centre, and a restaurant. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful (speaking good English) and a special mention to "Kathy" in the cafe bar who was lovely - helping my daughter to speak Spanish when she ordered food and drinks - a really nice person. There is a free shuttle bus which runs from the hotel into the city centre but you need to pre-book this as it only carries a small amount of passengers. We pre-booked a relaxing massage and this was excellent - definitely well worth the money. On the downside - this hotel is definitely a corporate hotel and while lovely, it is not easily accessible for the city centre. The Metro (Chamartin) is a good 10 minute walk from the hotel and although the staff are more than happy to organise taxis, this soon starts to add up to the bill - we spent around 100 euros in total over a 3-day break for taxis. It is on a busy section with the motorway on one side and busy main roads on the other, so walking is not a great idea. The other odd thing we encountered was no tea-making facilities in the room. We asked for a kettle, and not only was this charged at 5 euros per day, but we got exactly what we asked for .....a kettle!!! No cups, no spoons, and definitely no sachets of tea, coffee etc. We had to smuggle in cups from the dining room to have a cup of tea!!!!

Have to say the only thing even slightly nice about this hotel was it's lobby. The location was terrible, it was not convenient to the airport as thought, and its surrounding were very sketchy. No shops, no real restaurants to speak of, the bed was terribly uncomfortable and the rooms are in great need of updating. The carpet was very old and dirty - so disappointed. Glad this was on our last night in Madrid rather than our first. Could have been an awful first time experience to Spain if I were basing it on this hotel. The staff was only slightly helpful and professional at best.

(1) The rooms are small (I’m referring to Asian standards) (2) need to walk a bit (20+ mins) to the nearest metro station. Bus station is not so far from Hotel. (3) Nonfunctional Gym (basically no equipment works in GYM) (4) Not up to the level when it comes to hospitality in hotel business(specially for Asians) (5) Not close to “good places to eat” so you left with very limited and not so good options. (6) Good breakfast (fresh breads)

You will like ir for sure. Nice facilities and new rooms. I would say that my room last time was facing the highway and was a little noisy... the glass is thick but you can still hear the traffic pretty close. Anyway, will come back again for sure.

The hotel is relatively close to the airport and Feria de Madrid, but distant from the city center. Neighborhood not accessible at all. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Very, very good breakfast. Although the gym needs improvements, the spa in very good.

We were given 2 single rooms (110 + 210) that were not comfortable. TV is installed on the desk at the bedside which makes both unusable. No idea how other rooms look like but we were not informed at all about the inconvenience in our rooms.

Big spacious and very clean Rooms are lovely and staff most helpful I stayed only for night but amenities very good, resturant and bar open till late . Taxis is to get from hotel . Public transport bit of pain

Turned out that we had to spend a night in Madrid.. we were looking at our options. Got an amazing last minute deal from these guys. Beautiful rooms, pleasant staff... However is going to be difficult for you if you are travelling with luggage. The property is a good 2 km from the metro station and the roads are steep.

A good clean hotel.15 minutes far away by car from the center,Not any stores around the hotel and the staff in reception dont help yoy if you need something such as food. You can park around the hotel for free. The gum is very poor. The breakfast is good.

Had an excellent stay. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was great. Free street parking was available. Hotel bar was great. Hotel lobby helped us pick out a great spot for dinner. Will definitely come back for another stay.
