Took a Taxi from T4 Madrid cost €33 I questioned this as I thought there was a €25 fixed rate, lets say I didn't get a refund. Return journey was €25....please be aware. Arrival at the Hotel was very welcoming, they were aware of the Poor weather in the UK and asked if I had much disruption/snow. Room was spacious with the biggest TV I've ever seen in a Hotel Room. Very clean room, almost looking like it had just been renovated Bar area is open, with a good selection of drinks and snacks. But, the restaurant looks like its in a temporary area. Its so cluttered and the décor poor, don't understand this when the rest of the Hotel is lovely. Finally, I felt the portions in the restaurant somewhat lacking, see picture.

I came to this hotel because we had a trade show at the Feria nearby. The hotel rooms are massive with the biggest tv of any hotel room the breakfast was nice. And I travel alot and at this hotel I had the best nights sleeps of any hotel I have ever been to.

Very close to the airport and right next to the Pullman Hotel. Pros are the rooms are newly done up and modern, with comfy beds, nice showers/bathrooms and smart TVs with thoughtful use of smartphone charging and interactivity so you can stream your music. Breakfast here has a very good selection. Downsides are the bar is a bit small and sparse with not much seating. The free shuttle service is great for returning to the airport and takes about 20 mins and stops via one other hotel Accor own.

Check in Fast and polite but no mention of restaurant location or breakfast hours. Rooms I had a superior room which was spacious and very comfortable. The heating controls were a little slow to kick in. Wifi was fast and reliable. Nice large shower with good water pressure. No extra blankets in the room but reception arranged for some to be brought to my room. Restaurant Standard buffet breakfast with the usual hot and cold items. They were slow to replace the hot items but there were plentiful cold options. Metro Just a few minutes walk away and close for the airport and to explore the city,

We stayed here overnight between flights. Check in was very fast. Room was really small, especially keeping in mind that it had foldable sofa for our kids. In the morning there was a shortage of hot water in the shower; water was only warm-like. Breakfast was good. We used free shuttle service to the airport, which took about 20 minutes. We paid 100 euros for one night, I would expect better value.

Stayed at hotel from 27 - 31 December 2017. Room was functional and was facing an office block so no privacy and we had to have the blind down all the time. The beds were comfortable and wi-fi speed OK. Worst part was breakfast! There is not enough seating space at breakfast and we had to queue everyday barring Sunday just to get in. The breakfast is also not replenished quickly enough, and it seems we had to fight just to get some food. One morning ALL THREE coffee machines RAN EMPTY AT THE SAME TIME, so we had to queue ONCE AGAIN to wait for this to be refilled. Absolute nightmare! Not enough staff either to clear tables and make sure breakfast is replenished and available. Definite improvements needed in this area. We will not be returning to this hotel. Pullman Hotel next door is much nicer and the staff are friendlier!!

Check-in was OK, but access to main entrance could be confusing with Pullman Hotel being so close beside. Rooms were clean and quite new, but most of the rooms faced adjacent office buildings, which can be seen clearly, making privacy an issue, thus you have scroll down the curtains at most times. Breakfast spread was OK but could be better. Breakfast area, rather small especially when there are tour groups staying. Another important issue, is that security must be improved, as we encountered a theft case when another guest lost his belongings even at the lobby area. Plus point is near to train station and slightly away from El Cortes Ingles shopping mall

Hotel block from the 70s. Some rooms renovated. Too expensive. Metro next to the hotel. Pullman next door looked better. Bar was terrible. What is their problem with smiling in Madrid? The metro takes you to the center but be awate you have to change the lines . Campo de las naciones station has a new name, feria de madrid which funnily is not made known in any map. So buzarre. Anyway, the shuttle is free, no need for a taxi, just wait for their shuttle. No shuttle for noon, they have a break, can you believe it? Just get two drivers. They just pay them 800 euros per month and are still to cheap to employ 2. Accor has always been a cheap hotel. So embarrassing. I am platinu. And will not frequent them anymore when the membership finishes.

I stayed 3 nights at this Novotel. Being Accor Platinum I just chose it to complete the nights for requalification. Good things : I paid 217 euros for three nights, good price ,for Madrid is full in November. Their pitiful Ibis was at 67 a night. Lol. So a Novotel was much better. I got a Suite Upgrade but the Suites are the only rooms not renovated...dooohhhh . So stay in an executive room, just better. Check in was efficient and fast. They even smiled. Not bad. They have a free airport shuttle, so do not pay 30 euros for a taxi. The shuttle arrives every 30 m ,so no drama. You do not need to call. The same takes you to the ibis (dont take the ibis...!). The hotel is in an area without any shops or whatever to do. There is a shopping center, 1 km away. the metro feria de madrid is around the corner, so in 40 m and 3 x changing the train (cant they think before they build a metro???) you are in madrid. No frills , drama hotel. Not a 4 star, but 3 is justifiable. Not my first choice, but prices are just a joke at this time. Metro is a plus. Winning ... Enjoy

Business class hotel, well located with the metro a 100 meters away. One of the girls at the front desk was sooo rude, the rest were ok. Very nice rooms, spacious, clean, modern. They offer free airport shuttle every 30 minutes.
