Decent hotel in a convenient location if attending conferences at IFEMA - 1 stop on the metro to the airport. Nice hotel with a good room service menu. Would stay here again if attending another conference.
Can't understand the negative reviews of this hotel, We stayed for 2 nights from 12 - 14 April and everything was great. We arrived when it was dark and rainy and they gave us room service even though it was outside normal hours. They also gave me a cake on my birthday which was a lovely surprise. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus from the airport was good and the bar in the hotel was modern. The hotel is well situated for the metro into town as it is within walking distance round the corner. The staff at the hotel all spoke excellent english and were most helpful with everything. We could not fault the hotel or its facilities and it is ideal for a stopover if you are visiting the city and want to be also near the airport. To be recommended.
My booking request asked for a quiet room on a high floor. I got a room on floor 1, next to where they were renovating a room so I had drilling, grinding and hammering constantly until 7pm. The shower LOOKED good but the water pressure was so poor it took ages to shower. The rain outside was harder!
Quartos confortáveis e limpos, staff simpático. Um pouco longo dp centro mas estação de Metro a 150mts do hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff. A bit far away from the center but subway station 150mts from the hotel.
worst thing first: guess their coffee at breakfast was the worst ever! (maybe except from Airfrance) really bad. The hotel it self is considered a 4 star, but looks more than a 2 or 3 star based on the rooms. worn out, needs renovation here and there. location is nice, with free 10 minute shuttle to airport.
This hotel is not near to the city centre or any tourist sights. We chose this hotel to end our stay in Spain and be near the airport. It is very nice, clean and comfortable. The first room my family of four had was not comfortable because the heater was not working and blew cold air instead. The window let in a huge windy draft. We asked the front desk to take a look and the housecleaning person came up right away to check it, it was decided they would offer us another room. The second room had a functioning heater and was very clean and comfortable, with no drafty window. The bathroom was clean and bright. The amenities were plenty. The front desk and housecleaning staff were friendly and helpful. We purchased the breakfast for two adults and our two young kids under 12 were free with us. The breakfast was excellent, fresh croissants, fruit, juice, churros, all kinds of eggs, meats, cereals, bread. There was a free shuttle to the airport running every 30 minutes, but the driver was a bit mean because we opened the shuttle door instead of waiting for him to walk around and press the button for us! The pool was not open for use yet when we visited in late March. I would highly recommend this hotel for those wanting to be near the airport or wanting to take the Metro to the city centre.
This hotel was perfectly situated to the metro that takes you right into Madrid. Depending on where you want to go, it is about a 20 minute ride. The room was on the small side and needed a little attention. Our keys did not work three separate times and we had to go to the front desk to get them changed. Very annoying with two kids in tow. Also, Novotel usually gives a small welcome gift to kids and they did not. A little disappointing.
Took a Taxi from T4 Madrid cost €33 I questioned this as I thought there was a €25 fixed rate, lets say I didn't get a refund. Return journey was €25....please be aware. Arrival at the Hotel was very welcoming, they were aware of the Poor weather in the UK and asked if I had much disruption/snow. Room was spacious with the biggest TV I've ever seen in a Hotel Room. Very clean room, almost looking like it had just been renovated Bar area is open, with a good selection of drinks and snacks. But, the restaurant looks like its in a temporary area. Its so cluttered and the décor poor, don't understand this when the rest of the Hotel is lovely. Finally, I felt the portions in the restaurant somewhat lacking, see picture.
I came to this hotel because we had a trade show at the Feria nearby. The hotel rooms are massive with the biggest tv of any hotel room the breakfast was nice. And I travel alot and at this hotel I had the best nights sleeps of any hotel I have ever been to.
Very close to the airport and right next to the Pullman Hotel. Pros are the rooms are newly done up and modern, with comfy beds, nice showers/bathrooms and smart TVs with thoughtful use of smartphone charging and interactivity so you can stream your music. Breakfast here has a very good selection. Downsides are the bar is a bit small and sparse with not much seating. The free shuttle service is great for returning to the airport and takes about 20 mins and stops via one other hotel Accor own.
