Great hotel option right on the Gran Via in the middle of everything: Hip, upscale celebratory atmosphere. Highly recommend for any stay in Madrid. We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious and nice with a sitting area. Comfortable bedding and very quiet. We stayed on backside (not Gran Via) which was perfect for us.

It’s an okay hotel for the price. Shoutout to the house keeping team. Every day the room was organized, cleaned and ready. They would charge €5 if you want silverware brought to your room. Front desk staff 10 out of 10. Room service 5 out of 10.
