Everything was great, especially the receptionist who was incredibly kind and explained everything in detail. She made us feel very welcome. The hotel and the room were also wonderful. The restaurant staff was very friendly, and we were so touched by the thoughtful touch of providing a takeaway breakfast since we were leaving very early in the morning.
