This comfortable 3-bedroom flat in Madrid is the perfect accommodation for guests looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The flat is located on the third floor and is accessible only by stairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential kitchenware, such as a cooker, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a washing machine and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

All three bedrooms have double beds, including bed linen. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom for privacy and comfort. The other bedroom has a balcony from which you can enjoy the views of the neighbourhood.

Both bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities such as fresh towels, hairdryer and free toiletries.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located just south of central Madrid and only a stone's throw from the top sites of the city lies effortlessly cool, multicultural Lavapiés — one of the hippest neighborhoods in the city.

Colorful murals and art pieces decorate the walls, lively tapas bars spill out onto the sidewalks, and the energy and heart of Madrid's international community are hard to escape.

One of the highlights is the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, which houses an impressive collection of contemporary and modern art, including iconic works by Picasso and Dalí. Art enthusiasts can also explore the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, known for its extensive collection of European masterpieces spanning several centuries.

A culinary haven with a diverse range of restaurants and bars, one of the standout establishments is Malacatín. This renowned restaurant offers traditional Spanish cuisine, particularly famous for its delectable cocido madrileño, a hearty chickpea-based stew. Another gem in the area is Corral de la Morería, a mesmerizing flamenco bar and restaurant where visitors can indulge in exquisite food and captivating live performances.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
