Bed/mattress needs an upgrade very hard and uncomfortable, Turned on jacuzzi and water shot across room so did not use it. No A/C and if trying to nap ; due to noise outside ,need to shut windows and when hot with no A/C fans helps a little but was uncomfortable and could not rest easily.
The outlets were all 3 prong so our adaptors didn’t work.

Fantastic location, less than 2 blocks from the Chapel Bridge and river, and just a few more blocks to Lake Lucerne. Very close to many restaurants and sights of the Old Town. Charming hotel, with a lot of character. Also, it was very clean, and I appreciated that it had free coffee in the room. It was a little bit noisy at night with the windows open, but otherwise, a really great option for seeing the sights of Lucerne.
Barock Room was romantic and cozy. Location was in the center and easy to access and walkable to everything. A little noisy in the stairwell, but other wise a charming and comfortable hotel.
