Very shady people driving in and out and walking around the property. Had to carry my knife and pepper spray just in case. Swimming pool looks like its been empty for years. Beds were disgusting, and the towels in the bathroom were dirty. Sink didn't work properly, and we could hear the loud tv next door. AT 1:00AM. I wish I could get my money back. Worst experience eve. Please fill free to contact me with any questions. You need to take this hotel out of your website.

DO NOT STAY!! better off sleeping in a parking lot

Didn't even make it in the door to check in, there were at least 5-7, very sketchy-looking, people just loitering out front and I didn't even feel safe enough to get out of my car. As a young, female, I feel like safety should be bigger priority for this company. I understand that you're getting what you're paying for, but for someone who didn't even feel safe enough to CHECK IN, that is ridiculous. I just took the loss and drove to a well-lit parking lot where I somehow felt safer sleeping in my car, than walking inside a motel. The management team here needs to do something about the loitering in front of their property. They were people standing against the balcony on the second floor, yelling at people in the parking lot.... just overall, extremely unprofessional and straight-up dangerous.

I've been here for over a week and each morning its a different employee who comes and cleans the room and each has been outstanding. I love being in the presence of such dedicated employees. Hats off to the employee trainer and Management for obviously taking the time to instill corporation Values into each employee.

I Reserved a room with 2 queen beds online and paid but when i got to the motel to get a key to my room that i paid for online they only had a single not what asked for or paid for we didn’t end up staying and now i have to wait for my money to go back into my account takes 2-3 business days

The staff were all very helpful whether it was 9 am or 9 pm . They had the ability to conduct their jobs with such professionalism yet you felt like you were at home. I will definitely come back.

Parking lot looked like a construction site, staff was unfriendly, lock on door did not work, lights flickered, bed bugs, dirty floor. We left and got a room elsewhere. Would not recommend staying here!

The room was disgusting. It was a smoking room but, no ashtrays, no garbage can. Very little toilet tissue. No hot water, no television, no hair dryer, no coffe in room. Floor had missing tiles. Windows were completely glued shut. Sheers were torn and no comforter. I want a refund. This roach motel is disgusting. The front desk clerk was giving free rooms to friends and drug addicts. My name is Irene Andrews. My number is 5309236726. I want a full refund. It was not worth paying the money I paid.
