The room is set up very well - the door from the hall leads to the 'kitchen/living room' area - the bedroom area has the bathroom between the beds and the hall - so, it is a very quiet environment. The TV's are big and nice - the beds are little too firm for my taste, but still nice beds. The room had recently been renovated and looked great (but the bathtub was a little icky - it needed to some help - replacement would probably be the best choice for this sad tub). The only place within walking distance to eat (that I saw) was Chuckee Cheese. They had a weekday buffet starting at 5:30 - most of the food didn't look very appetizing, but there were 2 kinds of wine, plus beer on ice. I did manage to find some cheese chunks and crackers that looked good. The breakfast had a LOT of good looking choices. All in all, a good value, nice place to stay.

Hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. Hotel is freshly renovated. Suite was clean & spacious. Only complaint is the powdered eggs at breakfast buffet - but hotel chef graciously cooked fresh eggs upon request. Will definitely stay again.

Lost reservation then tried to charge more than initial reservation for same room, horrible paint smell, exposed wires in hallway, front desk was obvious to anything we asked left after not even 20 minutes because could not stay in the room with that smell was told I would not be charged at all and yet I was and still have not received my money back.

Hotel under renovation, but everything was good no impact on our stay. Loved our suite , clean and spacious and kitchen was a plus. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was ok. We will comeback and stay here in the future.

I had to stay a week for a business trip. Nice breakfast and evening snacks/small bites. I liked having a separate area to sit and relax away from the bed. I also went and bought a few items to keep in the fridge and warm in the microwave. There is an area of the hotel that is being remodeled but the noise was during the day when I was leaving. Everyone is very friendly and I would stay there again.

This was not a good stay and I was extremely disappointed. 1) I got there after 8:00pm and waited over 20 minutes to check in. Only one person at check-in desk who was new and overwhelmed. She kept calling the manager, at home I presume, for help. The phone was ringing off the hook. 2) Finally got the room I pre-checked into and there were stains on the bed cover. Gross!! 3) Went downstairs for new room and the new room, a 2 bedroom suite was as far from the front door/parking lot as possible. I prefer not too far from elevator and close to front because I’m always lugging a bunch of work stuff around. 4) room was old and not fresh looking 5) woke up early to get coffee and when I went back to my room my keys didn’t work. Not a big deal if I’m close to elevator but the trek with two hot coffees back to the front was ridiculous. I tried to call the front desk from my phone but no answer. The front desk people were very apologetic but this was way less than what I expect from a Hilton Brand Hotel.

I was greeted kindly at arrival and was told since my room was in the back I could take advantage of rear parking and entrance. It was a nice thought. DO NOT STAY in room 118! All of the remodeling, construction, and deliveries ins and outs are happening through this entrance. LOTS of door slamming and extremely loud yelling and cussing. I had to end two business calls due to the background cussing! Someone was having a bad day or has a terrible mouth in general. I heard the F word yelled extremely loud 3 times in a 10minute time frame. I understand there is a business center, HOWEVER, I like to be comfortable while working and should not HAVE to use the business center unless I WANT to. *Housekeeping is AMAZING!* The room is nice and large. The living area is nice as well. The furniture is out dated and the dinning chair in my room looked gross. I know they are stated in one review they are trying to update. And they are. I did ask the front desk ladies (2) if I could choose NOT to have a particular room IF I were to return. Both women replied, "Yes.". No more thought or questions were put in as to WHY I may possibly not want a room or if I could be unhappy or why. I'm not one to complain typically. Having free breakfast and free "reception"/dinner w/wine or beer option was nice. I definitely feel like my company overpaid for my trip. I'm a Hilton Honors member and always try to stay at a chain. I love the hygiene products they offer! Next time it'll be Embassy across the hwy. I met a business associate over there and it was by FAR better in every way!

Definitely recommend! Great value and clean rooms. Staff is happy and couldn’t be more accommodating. Easy access to highway and airport. This was my second year (out of 8) and while I used to stay at Embassy Suites, I am pleased to have found this hotel because the rooms are newer, the staff is more accommodating and the orice is lower.

Was able to get early check in and had a nice big complimentary breakfast the next morning. The space and full kitchen for the price cannot be beat. I highly recommend this place to any and all people travelling

Our experience with this hotel has always been excellent. We have stayed here many times for several years and have always been extremely satisfied never a problem. The location is excellent close to shopping malls and nice restaurants. Highly recommended😃😃😃
