Dirty room

Room was in very bad condition, cleaning was not done. Restroom was very dirty. No light in the room. Couch was full of hair and comforters were very dirty with lot of dust in it. Very rude experience in the reception.

Check in was very easy, room was ready and was exactly as advertised online. Clean, spacious, great for families. Breakfast was good, amenities were all available and maintained. I will be returning and looking forward to using the pool this time!

One thing I absolutely loved that I haven't seen too often at other hotels is the outdoor patio by the pool,it was so beautiful at night. Unfortunately there were a few insects in the bathroom,it wasnt a big deal but overall it was a great stay

The staff was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and it really felt like they cared. The breakfast was great, my picky kids were all able to find something they liked. The room was nice. There was 1 small issue with the bed but not a big deal at all. Next time I am in town I will be staying there again.

Great stay, all staff is nice!

We had two minor issues with our room. One was the fridge kept leaking water, the second was the tub drained very slowly. We had a late friday check in but even then the maintenance guy was ready first thing in the morning. He was super nice and seemed genuinely concerned with taking care of the two room issues. We agreed that he would adress the issues a bit later when we were out and he did exactly that. Perfect! All the staff was friendly, didn't matter what part of the hotel we were, everyone was nice which is awesome. The room was clean, the breakfast was great. Just an overall great experience, even with our minor room issues.
