Overall, this hotel is a good experience

Overall, this was a great deal for the price. I would say this is a three star hotel. The pros are that it offered a full breakfast, was reasonably priced, and our room was pretty nice. The cons are that the bath/shower were a bit old and rundown with rips in the shower curtain. Also, the front desk clerk said that they would offer breakfast meat however, when we arrive for breakfast the next morning, no breakfast meats were offered. There was plenty of parking and the hotel staff was very accommodating and courteous. There is no pool as the pool area was boarded up. The hotel is situated in a moderate, middle income residential area. The hotel is conveniently located approximately 6 miles from the UC Merced campus, which makes it convenient if you’re staying in town to visit a student.

Our room was okay. Beds/ sheets were clean room had fridge and microwave front office was nice But our restroom light / vent was super loud walls were dirty. Didn't have time to try the breakfast but it lookd like they had a good set up.

The rest room was full of mold, when getting a towel to take a shower I noticed it had a red stain like blood. Looks like they don't wash their towels good. the hotel is really not UpToDate and the needs a lot of maintains. will never stay there again.
