Nice Comfortable stay with a hot breakfast every morning. Rooms are clean and cozy having all the needed facilities in place. Will stay again. Specially the complementary breakfast served is very good, also in the lobby all day coffee is available.

Room was clean and breakfast was good. Other than that bad customer service had problems with hot water restroom plugs stopped working and very rude front desk lady I will not be returning to this hotel in the future. I was attending a conference at fairgrounds next year I'll be staying somewhere else

the staff was nice, and the facility was good too. The only complaint was the comfort of the bed, it was not very comfortable. But compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Merced this one was a better option.

Stayed one night after hiking Yosemite..Good and relaxing stay! Great breakfast.

In town for a kappa kappa gamma initiation at UC Merced. one night. Asked the desk clerk to put the bill for one night on my tab for a soldier who just walked in ahead of me but was finished at the desk by the time I got there. he said I could not pay for it with a debit card or a credit card or a check. And I had no cash. That seemed irregular to me and I was disappointed that i could not pay for the soldier's room for him anonymously. Then the desk clerk had an idea and he asked me if he could call me later. I went to my room and in about ten minutes he called me to say that he could use my credit card to pay for the hotel room for the soldier when he returned to work the next afternoon because by then the charge would have incurred to the soldier. I agreed to let him do that. BUTTTTT this seems a little bit dangerous for everyone involved. If my credit card can incur a charge AFTER I CHECK OUT of the hotel, what's to stop any one from doing that? If the desk clerk can DO that to me for the Soldier, can he not do that to anyone? So I do not know if he did that because the desk clerk in the morning REFUSED TO PRINT OUT MY BILL FOR ME!! So I have NO idea how big that bill actually IS upon leaving the hotel. Seems a little irregular to me just because I wished to pay for a service man's hotel room. Maybe you could look at this system and make some modification for that?

The hotel was easy to get in and out of. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

A bit older, but sufficient. Still comfortable with good breakfast

Everything met my expectations. Room was clean, service was prompt and courteous.

Pleasant overnight stay on the way home from Yosemite National Park. Our room faced the highway, but every time the room AC fan went on it drowned out the noise. If you are a light sleeper you may want to request a room that doesn't face the highway. Nice staff, and a clean and comfortable room.

The area is growing. New construction planned if not already started. That explains this hotel. Very nicely constructed. Rooms are quiet and well insulated from sound, which is a good thing considering route 99 and a very active rail line are close by. So, get a room that does not face west and you are golden. If you are passing through (which most travellers will be doing) this hotel is a good choice. Breakfast offers many options and the fruit is available all day. The fitness center consists of cardio, that's it. They have a pool which is a plus. Overall it is modern and comfortable. What else do you need?

Friendly staff, very clean and quiet rooms, overall the hotel is pretty new and the rates are at least 20% lower than similar hotels of it class, they provide quality shower products and a lite complementary breakfast. Very good value for your money.

Was given room on the freeway side; very noisy. I complained to the point of moving to another hotel. Then, they gave me a quiet room with king size bed that was a room for handicapped person, in the end the room was great.

The staff were very nice.
