Fast friendly service by Christina. My room had No bath towels, soap, t.v remote. I called the front desk, they never came. The room stank like cigarrets even after i sprayed it with fabreeze. My room was on the side of the freeway , it was noisy at night. Three trains passed by, one at 1:30 a.m, second at 2:00 a.m, thrird at 3:00 a.m. Very noisy.

I normally stay in this area because their place is nice, but unfortunately, my room didn’t have a fridge or microwave. Also, when I got my key card, I had to go back to the office because the first time it didn’t work. The lady upfront was nice enough to remind me to get my $50 deposit after forgetting. The area is not the cleanest, but it’s really not that bad. I wish I had a different room.

The room was great for my wife and one daughter, clean plenty of parking, free breakfast for all three. I will definitely go back again for the price and the quality. The only down (and the hotel is NOT to blame for it) is how close to Hwy-99 traffic noise and railroad tracks.

Uncomfortable Experience

To start, I received a text message asking if I would like to save time and check in in advance. I received notification that my check in was complete and I just needed to pick up my room key. After waiting 45 minutes, the front desk attendee asks me for all of the information that I gave at the pre check in. He has no clue what I’m talking about, so now I’m worried that I gave all of my personal information to some sort of spam/scam/fraud. We get to our room and it smells like smoke. Not the comfiest, glad we’re only staying one night. Not to mention, there’s absolutely not one light on in the parking lot. At night it is pitch black. Definitely not comfortable for myself and my daughter as we made the trek to Merced for my sisters graduation. Very disappointed with the experience & will never return again.
