The entire main house and enclosed backyard garden are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. No other guests will occupy the main house during your booking.



Please note that there is a separate ADU (accessory dwelling unit) on the same lot with its own private entrance and fenced outdoor space. The ADU is a completely separate unit and is not part of this rental. Main house guests do not have access to the ADU or its private outdoor space.

Please note that street cleaning occurs from 12 PM to 3 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Guests should plan accordingly to avoid citations.



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES



• Please be respectful of the home and our neighbors at all times.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No disruptive outdoor noise is permitted during these hours.

• Amplified outdoor music is not permitted.

• No glass is permitted outdoors. Designated plasticware is provided.

• No gatherings or events without prior written approval.

• No pets are permitted.

• Only registered guests may stay overnight. Daytime visitors must be approved in advance and must leave by 10:00 PM.

• The total number of guests may not exceed the approved occupancy.

• Fireplace use is limited to Duraflame logs only. Wood burning is not permitted. A limited number of logs will be provided.

• Guests must complete the required third-party verification and provide valid identification before check-in.

• Guests must comply with all applicable County of Los Angeles ordinances and regulations.

• Violations of the house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.



SMOKING & VAPING



• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors.

• Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a $250 fee and may lead to immediate termination of the stay.



PARKING



• Off-street driveway parking is available for up to two passenger vehicles parked tandem-style.

• Street parking is also available, subject to availability, and no permit is required.



PROPERTY SERVICES



• The property is professionally maintained, and service providers may occasionally access outdoor areas as needed.



SECURITY & PRIVACY



• For the safety and security of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are located at the front door and in the backyard.

• The cameras monitor exterior areas only and are not located inside the home or in any private area where guests would reasonably expect privacy.

• The front door and backyard cameras also include audio monitoring with decibel detection to monitor excessive noise and help ensure compliance with the property’s quiet-hours and noise policies.

• The alarm system is disabled during your stay; the exterior cameras remain active.
