nice hotel. when we first arrive nice man on the front desk said that if we need late checkout just ask him. we had two rooms. needed checkout till three oclock. then later we asked and one man with bad mood said that its no possiblity. iif you pay 50€ pet hour you can have. later one lady told that you can stay one more hour. next time we dont go to this hotel, dont like if receptionists are rude.

very poor experience. Please do not stay here and waste your money. Stay at a hotel on ocean ave a block away. Very poor service, false advertising as they charge you an additional "surprise" "destination amenity fee" of $45 a day...!! We had a fully prepaid reservation and they said this was use use of amenities like the gym, pool etc! LOL what a joke. have travelled 20 years and have never ever had this surprise. What not charge that upfront??? Also The fitness picture on the hotel website is falsified as it has a mirror that makes the gym look very big...it is tiny, hot, sun bears through the glass and good luck trying to workout here. The room TV and netflix casting wa snot working so had to get the engineer to fix it...a very grumpy guy...-and the toilet flush had to be flushed 3 times everytime as it was very weak. One day I was tired and got takeout and came back and called the reception to see if I could get a plate and utensils...they promised right away...it never came, no call back to explain...sonInhad to go done and get it myself. The walls to the adjoining room were super thin and I could hear all the conversations .... Please avoid this hotel ..... Oh yah we got in a few hours early and they had the room ready but said they would charge an additional $50 as we were early, or we could wait for check in time! Omg....really!
