Poor customer service

Bathtub was backing up at night even though we didn't use it. Wifi issues were not being resolved. Shampoo containers not filled regularly and bathrobes not replaced after laundry.

Great property on quiet street but just a few blocks to the Pier and other Santa Monica action. Our first room was a bit noisy due to street construction so we moved to a different room the second night and everything was perfect. Super friendly staff at check-in and valet. Rooftop restaurant is an amazing place to watch sunset!

You cannot ask for a better or more attentive staff at The Huntley , everything you need is just steps away . You are surrounded by incredible food options , fantastic walking options and fantastic shopping. Don’t forget to ascend to The Penthouse restaurant in the glass elevator , the view of the Santa Monica Coast is just fantastic 👍

The Huntley just knows how to make you feel special. The service from the moment you arrive is perfection , and bonus points for having one of the best restaurants In LA right on their Penthouse level. The walk along the ocean early in the morning , or a stroll down 3rd street promenade are just a few easy steps out the door, and don’t miss the fantastic Farmers Market on Saturdays with an array of the freshest fruits / vegetables and flowers around. Perfect stay … again !

We had an issue with the toilet and sink making loud noises all night. Informed the manager and no action was taken. We checked out early and left the hotel. Also parking was 68 a night. Jacuzzi and very small. Lots of homeless people outside the hotel.

Gorgeous design and spacious rooms. We were on the 16th fooor so had epic views. Cleaning of the bathroom could have been more thorough and we arrived to empty shower gel and conditioner.

$67 for overnight parking?? coffee in room had a sign that would appear you had two pay. then at front desk when I asked why extra fee they said coffee was free!!!! The restaurant on 18th floor was fantastic view and food was very good too.
