The hotel had a unique but very nice appearance inside. The room had plenty of room and the “rain” shower head was very nice. Front desk staff were very polite and professional.

This pictures on site looked amazing, in person a bit run downed. But overall the staff were great, and the room was a good size. The room was clean just maybe needed a fresh coat of paint and fit some minor things. The parking was ok, spots kinda tight fit.

Amazing Stay at Hotel Mood Matuna for Couples!

Hotel Mood Matuna was the perfect place to stay during our time in Cartagena. The location is ideal—close to everything, especially the walled city—and the hotel itself is clean, modern, and stylish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Natalia, who was extremely helpful in organizing local tours and sharing recommendations. Her kindness and attention to detail made a big difference in our experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located spot with warm hospitality, I highly recommend Hotel Mood Matuna. Can’t wait to come back!
