Check in was easy and the front desk staff were great. Valet parking was horrible and the AC in the room didn’t work. Breakfast was good and they had lots of food. Great location as well right by restaurants and close to the BMO Stadium.

Accessible Bathroom

The hotel was clean and they have an exceptional staff. I was in a hadicp wheelchair accessible studio which was actually a little o. The cramped size kitchen area was large but both the living area and bathroom where extremely cramped. There was not much room to turn around in my chair in the bath room...The worst part was the tire used in the bathroom...in bare feet and especially with any water on the tile they become very slippery which makes for a fall risk. Putting towels on the floor doesnt work well because the towels bunch up with the tire of the wheelchair. Im supprised they allow those tiles in the bathroom seems like they would be a liability issue for the hotel. I did slip 2 time but was lucky i was by the grab bars on the wall which prevented me from falling. Unfortunately even the placing of the grab bars was inadequate. The bench in the rollin shower was also installed incorrectly its installed sideway wich means when you sit on it your directly looking at a shower curtain instead of facing the shower stall.

Area around the hotel not very clean with not a small number of homeless people. Shops not far away from the hotel. Metro about 15 minute walk from the hotel.
