Everything was excellent from valet to checking in to convenience of location to crypto arena. When we had came Back from the laker game my son was suppose to sleep on the pull out sofa. That’s when we discovered food still in the couch and mattress. Sausage peanut shells. We felt that the place wasn’t cleaned after that. Staff was friendly when I told them the next morning and showed Them pictures and I did compensated on my Marriot account.

Great location, rooms, dining and staff!

The Residence Inn LA Live has such great proximity to all the best entertainment. We walked to the Peacock Theater. Walked to Pannini Grill about 9 minutes, in the day time. Breakfast was well stocked, ample room to sit. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean, the kitchen was great, we cooked one meal, and enough room to sit and be comfortable for a family of 4. Tons of outlets in the room to charge phones and laptops. Booking through hotels.com was seamless, we received multiple emails in regards to our stay and checked in 12 hours prior, from home!
