Room was great. The staff was fantastic. The small takeout coffee StumpTown was perfect. Specially because nobody picked up the phone for room service. Complementary car service in a 3 mile radius was great.

The downtown location was great and the stay started off well, but it quickly went downhill. There were a lot of hidden fees that weren’t clearly explained. There was also a $35 daily fee for transportation within 3 miles, but it was basically unusable since it was always booked and took hours. One staff member was very rude when I asked questions and brought up concerns. I felt dismissed and spoken to disrespectfully. Valet parking was $65 per night, which is pricey, and while the valet staff were nice, getting the car often took a long time. The gym was also disappointing and didn’t even have a squat rack. Overall, not worth the price and I won’t be staying here again.
