At check in, in the rain, at the very least there should be an offer for assistance with bags. Valet was understaffed and nobody was there to assist wtih luggage or even make an offer to assist. Not a good look.

Always consistent, clean, with thoughtful touches like complementary bottledwater in the room, brand, coffee, pods, and brewed coffee in the lobby. The only improvement I could see would be adding a microwave.

A once lovely place, irrevocably changed

We arrived at the Omni to find two disconcerting developments: 1) the hotel no longer has a piano bar, which had proved a wonderful respite from the crowded urban scene for years, and 2) we were informed that a pop music concert would be performed in the adjacent courtyard from 5-12 p.m.! Never have heard such thundering techo "music" in all our lives. It proved impossible to sleep anytime before midnight. Sadly, the ambience of the hotel has changed so significantly that we will not return in the future.
