1000/10! I can confidently say that you will not find better! This home is immaculate. They went above and beyond for us! By far the best host we ever had. Their kindness and quick and clear communication stood out from the beginning! This property was beautiful inside and out, extremely clean, spacious, had everything we needed, and the beds were so comfortable! It truly felt like paradise and is a DREAM stay! A home away from home, I most definitely want return to! The views were everything! We savored every second spend here. This was the best home we have ever stayed at. We are so thankful! Hope to stay longer again very soon!

It’s a two-story home. On the first level, there’s a living room, family room, dining area, kitchen, washer and dryer, and a full bathroom. Guests are asked to remove their shoes because the carpet is white.,The host also provides slippers in a basket by the door if needed. The downstairs area was fairly clean overall—though the microwave and oven could’ve been a bit cleaner, it didn’t bother me since we didn’t end up using the kitchen appliances anyway.The oceanfront views from both the living room and the master bedroom upstairs are absolutely stunning—exactly what I was hoping for when I booked this place! Upstairs, there are two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a large walk-in closet.Note: The home is listed as a three-bedroom, but the third “bedroom” is actually a loft connected to the second bedroom. It’s not a big deal, but in real estate terms, it would be considered a two-bedroom. The first bedroom has one queen bed and two twins.The loft area above it has a queen bed—it’s basically a finished section of the attic that’s been converted into extra sleeping space.The walk-in closet has extra linen, a toddler bed, an iron, and an ironing board.The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a sitting area, and large windows overlooking the ocean—just breathtaking. Truly, the views are what make this home special. Great host and stay highly recommended!

Check in was very well described and easy. The location is breathtaking, mainly the view. The Host was always very quick in responding. Which was really outstanding, when we damaged the umbrella, Joy was there after 1hr and provided a new on within less than 24hrs. Thank you so much and sorry again

Unforgettable moments

We checked in and as soon as you open the door, just felt like you were in a whole new world! The views were breath taking and even though it was breezy, just couldn’t walk away from the view. Family felt like they were in Hawaii lol kids enjoyed the jacuzzi at night and watched the stars and everything was jus perfect

This property was fantastic! The location can't be beat. The view from the back patio is mesmerizing, especially from the enclosed sun deck in the master bedroom. The house is very well equipped and the hosts were very gracious by leaving a nice bottle of wine and some snacks. Plenty of space for 6 people and bed for everybody. The neighborhood is quiet and is walkable to a few parks in the immediate area. If our family visits LA again, this will certainly be the place to stay!

Property and view is wonderful. Plenty of outside seating and indoor seating. Not really a 3 bedroom. The loft should not count as a bedroom. It is quite steep for an adult to climb, but I would not want kids to climb it either. Sleep 8 adults, not 10 as advertised. Could sleep 8 adults and 2 small children. We were fine since there were 7 of us.

Stunning views

A group of us stayed at the property for a friends wedding nearby. Josh and joy were beyond accommodating and very thoughtful and communicative. They had toys for the children that were going to come and also made up a crib. The views of the ocean are unbeatable - we saw whales and dolphins. It is also a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again

Your Personal Slice of Paradise

When you sit on the deck of this fabulous property, and gaze across the flowers directly at the blue pacific, you will feel like you have rented your personal slice of paradise. It is high on a cliff, so that you have a purely unobstructed view of the ocean. The house is in a convenient location, on a dead-end street, with very little traffic and quiet neighbors. I needed a place to calm my spirit, and this place fit the bill. It is a quirky older house with unique antique features that I found fascinating. I stayed for an entire month, and if I had any issues at all, Joshua and Joy were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure every day of my stay was perfect! The house is very well-equipped and had everything I needed to live there for a month with my family. If you are considering renting this property, don't hesitate! It is a wonderful place to stay, with wonderful owners...a little slice of paradise!

Beautiful view and home (albeit a bit outdated), and it’s priced accordingly and property manager was very helpful. Great experience overall. Water pressure and temp control in 2 of 3 bathrooms could use some work. Suggestion: include at least one blow dryer.

Amazing View!

I have nothing but good things to say about this home. This property has an amazing view, great backyard, large home with plenty of room. There is a 1 mile walk to the beach, or a quick drive, but I prefer the walk as it is meant for those that enjoy hikes and those that like to take in the scenery. The view of Catalina on a clear day is absolutely breathtaking. The host was great and very quick to respond to any questions.

Beautiful home & gorgeous scenery!

The hosts were very attentive & the home is beyond beautiful. The beach wasn't accessible from the home as it appears but its only a short walk away. The hot tub was an added bonus. 10/10
