The layout of the house was great. The king size beds were so comfortable. I loved that the had bathrooms for each bedroom. My only thing that could be better was the couch wasn’t very comfortable but we didn’t spent a lot of time lounging. Great stay and great location!!!

Great place to stay for a large group. There were eight of us and plenty of room for us to spread out across the three floors and 4 bedrooms. Having four bathrooms was really the absolute best! And plenty of hot water! Yay! The beds were comfortable and the rooms are all nicely decorated. Actually, this is the cutest VRBO we've ever stayed in. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions (we didn't have too many because he basically tells you everything you need to know ahead of time, which was nice. The parking spot was for small cars, but plenty of street parking.A few tips - the neighborhood is REALLY well lit, meaning a LOT of light comes through the shades at night (the blinds are a little janky and don't have all of the panels present.) Bring a sleepmask and you're good to go! Also the quiet time is after 9pm because the walls are pretty thin and it's easy to hear everything going on next door and outside, so I would bring earplugs or white noise machine to make sleep easier. One of our group had to sleep on the pull out couch and unlike the super comfy beds, the couch is pretty miserable to sleep on. It's a cute couch though. Stairs! Lots of stairs because it's three floors, which we didn't mind, traveling with some strong teens to help with luggage, but if you have a hard time with stairs I don't think this is the place for you.Overall I would definitely recommend this location and would love to stay again while in the LA area.

Great property!

Great property. Good location close to just about everything. Only small issues were…parking a very tight. If you have a big suv you will need to park on the street and street parking is a bit hard to find. Also the walls are a bit thin. You can hear neighbors from the other side of the duplex talking and walking up and down stairs. Otherwise it was a great place. Lots of room. Clean and fully decorated.

Great experience

We rented this place as a "getting ready" place for our wedding. This is also my first time booking a place frim Vrbo, and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to book the place. Once booked, Leon immediately sent the instructions and information we will be needing. Leon was very helpful, and answered all of my questions promtly. Place is clean, and as posted very insta-worthy. 😁 It was also complete with items we need. OVERALL, IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR US. Thank you
