This spacious home features an open floor plan including a living room, game room, kitchen, and dining area. It is centrally located and close to everything.... LAX (15 mins), Venice Beach (15 mins), Playa Del Rey Beach (12 mins), Santa Monica (20 mins), Beverly Hills / Hollywood (22 mins), Sofi Stadium (12 mins), Disneyland (40 mins), and more!
Unusually large backyard for LA features a regulation size sand volleyball court, deck, patio, propane grill, and 13 person hot tub / swim spa!
The house is located in one of the best neighborhoods in LA - the area is very safe and quiet. The driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles, and there is plenty of free street parking right in front of the house.
The dining room features 2 large dining tables that seat 12. Game room features 2 queen sleeper sofa beds and a 16 foot indoor shuffleboard table. Note: it states that 2 queen beds are in the living room - they are actually in the game room - see photos.
The house gets an ocean breeze since it is close to the beach. For this reason, it does not have central AC. But, it does have a whole house fan that pulls cool air from outside into the house. The house is naturally cool in the mornings and evenings and doesn't get too hot during the day.
The backyard court features an easily adjustable net so that you can choose between men's volleyball, women's volleyball, and beach tennis. We supply a volleyball and beach tennis paddles and balls.
NO PARTIES - NO LOUD MUSIC!!! This is a quiet residential neighborhood. You may have a gathering of up to 12 people (the sleeping capacity of the house), but you may not create excessive noise. Have your guests enter the house quickly and be in the house and backyard without disturbing the neighbors.

Incredible Place!
Marc's place is incredible. A huge hot tub! A sand volleyball court! A great neighborhood close to LAX! Marc was lovely to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions and requests. Would definitely recommend.

The house was absolutely beautiful and had enough space for our family. We enjoyed all the activities that the house provided and our host was absolutely easy to contact and kept us updated with our stay! From providing games, to surplus of towels we felt like we were at home! Recommend 100%

Fun place to stay for a large group
Shuffleboard, beach volleyball, large table for card games and meals and a hot tub made the place enjoyable for all! Couple of minor issues arose, which we covered with the host. But for the most part, a great house for a large crew like we had. Thank you!

A Great Stay
We were lucky to find this place after a previously booked rental cancelled on us 2 days before our trip across the country. The property is as described...comfortable, roomy and perfect for our family-mom,dad 2 kids and grandma and grandpa. Comfortable furnishings, great amenities, nice quiet neighborhood conveniently close to everything you need. Host Marc is very attentive with great communication.
