The staff was so friendly and helpful. I got stuck in LA due to winter storm Fern and they helped make a very stressful situation less stressful. In addition, a very clean hotel and nice that it's walkable to the Commons.

Disappointed I asked for a room on the 3rd floor close to my other reservation and it wasn’t accommodated even after I was told it would happen @7:30am. The girl in the front desk wasn’t accommodating to make it right. We also got a tub vs a walk in shower
