Comfortable for myself and grandchildren. Good mattresses and nice fluffy pillows

The cleaning staff kept knocking at my door every 5 mins which was very irritating

The hotel offers great service and facilities. Also, when renting a car , you have chances to reach anywhere as it is well located. If I were to come back to LA, I would definitely stay again at the same hotel.

If you're spending most of your time being a tourist in Hollywood, this would be out of the way and not overly convenient, given LA traffic. But if your business or idle time is more to western suburbia, Sherman Oaks, Reseda, Ventura, Malibu, etc etc, this is ideal. Nice price and great value for the money. My time was spent in those parts of LA and I didn't have to deal with freeway traffic at all unless I decided to head into Hollywood. Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast, exactly what I'd expect from Holiday Inn, no surprises. Under similar circumstances I'd absolutely stay here again. Thanks.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites was great. The staff was warm and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and furnished really nicely. I had seen commercials on TV regarding the free breakfast so I expected a nice one, but this breakfast really surpassed my expectations. It was great! We will definitely stay here again.

This was a great hotel clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, and hotel met all our needs. Only criticism: bathroom was on dark side and could use more light, and sign outside of the hotel was hard to see going West on Ventura Blvd. and we missed the hotel on arrival. A larger sign would be helpful so others don't miss the entrance.

This was a trip to relocate my daughter to So Cal and we needed a place to stay for a few nights as we looked for apartments for her. The staff was very friendly , rooms were clean and roomy with nice furniture. The breakfast was good. The only downfall was the location, on a busy street, hard to get out of lot and our room view was a fast food parking lot. Other than that, it was fine. I would stay there again.

Nice place to stay. Quiet and comfortable. Good parking and great breakfast selection.

Not so comfortable room, the location is also not too good the B'fast is just so so

What I liked: The hotel was very close to my venue & had some restaurants in walking distance, making it convenient. The staff was very friendly & helpful including complementary toiletries if you forgot something. The hotel was clean, as was the room. The room had a nice fridge & a tub. It was quiet in terms of outside street noise. There was also a complete breakfast. What I didn't like: Figuring out where to park to check in was a bit confusing. The room air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle starting up right under the window each time it came on. The 22 person outdoor spa was a shallow, cold pool with seats no jets. That was a significant disappointment after the long drive as it was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. The bed was too firm for my taste. Pricing was comparable for the area.

I have always looked for Holiday Inn Express when I'm in a new area because so far they've consistently been in a safe, decent looking areas with a clean, nice/new looking interior. The room and lobby were clean, but really dated looking. The surrounding area was not great.. neon signs and bars on the the windows. If I'd driven by before booking I wouldn't have stayed here.

Very comfortable bed, but sadly no pool. Terrible parking. Not so great location.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Woodland Hills for our trip to Universal Studios. It wasn't too far of a drive to the theme park and it was definitely worth it in the money we saved by staying a little bit further from the park. The rooms were very well kept and clean and we will definitely be back!

The Holiday Inn Express in Woodland Hills was very comfortable, clean and easy to get to. I would definitely come back here.

Great hotel, friendly stuff, near by stores and restaurants...

Overall the staff is good and nice place to be there

stayed 2 nights. On Sat am from 7:30-11:00 am many cleaning staff next door and outside door very noisy vaccuming, Next opened door to room to say "housekeeping" as door was tagged to not be bothered. On Sunday am, same thing much cleaning, vaccuming, noisy unable to sleep. Beds were uncomfortable.

Pleasant, free breakfast was very good. Overall a nice weekend,,

First room they put us in was absolutely terrible. Must be the Orbutz referral. After complaining they moved us to an acceptable room. Granted we were there on a Saturday night, but the hallway noise was pretty loud. All in all a completely forgettable experience, but the price was reasonable.

Hotel is located directly next to a Wendy's burger place. The noise came from a garbage truck emptying the Wendy's dumpster at 6am - advice, get a room on the hotel side opposite the Wendy's! Their "business center" is two desktop computers and two printers in a very small room (two can sit, leaving room for a third to stand). Breakfast was a bit bland, nothing to write home about. The doors on the rooms tend to shut themselves rather loudly - considerate guests should shut doors manually and not let them slam by themselves.
