Due to the heavy rain and electrical sparks in the outlets in my apartment, it was 11 o’clock at night pouring rain with heavy wind. I booked the closest place, which was best western. I show up in the pouring rain late at night and the reception checks me in through the glass window that I thought was ridiculous but of course it’s late and I just want to sleep and it’s cold. placed on the first floor convenient but to my surprise at 2 o’clock in the morning, the person above me would began making so much noise and banging and so many other heavy sounds for over an hour . You could hear everything. The heater smelled horribly and the room was stuffy. The lock to the door seems flimsy and not reliable.Having to get up early for work I grab coffee and attempt to get breakfast. There were signs that said items and had none. To be honest my experience was horrible. Next time it’s pouring rain at night be considerate of those who are standing there in the cold rain while your receptionist is inside directing them of things with no regard to their comfort. That’s your facility’s responsibility.
