They didn’t have a safe in our room- they should provide this... but overall very nice!

Comfortable bed, spacious room and dog friendly!! Shopping and restaurants nearby that can be walked to easily.

It was a great stay. Staff was awesome & the room was ok. The bathroom was a tad dirty with some hair in several places but overall it was a pleasant stay.

There were no toilet paper at all not even a holder. Maids never cleaned the bathroom.

when i book the hotel nobody said that, i have to paid for parking that was the reason why i book the hotel and i book for two queen beds and they game me two full beds and i travel with two kids and my wife we didn't sleep well at all

My husband and i came here for our first night as husband and wife. I came in my wedding dress and did not have any form of ID or my credit cards. The staff was so kind and polite. They assured us everything was going to be okay. We were checking in early so we could head to reception, the staff accommodating and whiling to help us out! Highly recommend them!

I stayed at the Marriott Warner Center over Labor Day weekend 2017. There was a heat wave in the area, so it was over 100 degrees during the day, and not much better at night. In the middle of the night the air conditioning in my room went out, and at 1AM I woke up in a sweat. I contacted the front desk to have someone resolve the situation, only to find out the engineer had left for the night. A very nice man and his apprentice (at least I think he was) came to the room a while later to assess the situation. Once he found out I hadn't simply pressed the incorrect button on the wall unit he left to get a screw driver to take a better look. He came back a bit later, attempted to bang on the unit, and came to the conclusion that there wasn't a quick fix. Before he left he told me the night manager would call me shortly. A while later I received a phone call that we would be moved to a different room. It took about 45 minutes for the man to come back to escort me to the new room with working air conditioning. As compensation I was given a voucher for $5 at Starbucks. After checking out I contacted the front desk twice in an attempt to get properly compensated for the awful night, and my calls were never returned. A couple weeks later I called back again and was given the run around since I had "taken too long to contact the hotel". I was amazed they had the audacity to tell me I could not even attempt to get a refund because too much time had lapsed. UNBELIEVABLE.

A room next to a closed shopping area. Basic. Room amenities were hidden so you couldn't find them. ...... ...

The room was great. But the internet was very slow :(

Great hotel! Did not expect something so nice in that location.

Website does not state that property is undergoing renovations at this time which makes entry into facility difficult. There was constant noise from construction activity could be heard throughout our stay. Elevators were always full. Not sure if other elevators were out of service. This should be stated on website prior booking.

I wanted a glass of water from the lobby cannister.... Empty. Went out to the pool another empty cannister of water. Pool was not cleared of plant debris. This lack of attention to details makes me never want to come back to this hotel. Seriously you can't get someone to fill water canisters?

Will stay again I wrote them a long summary for yelp 5 stars all around

Great location, great staff service. The bad thing the television would not change channels once powered on and then could not be powered off unless unplugged from wall.

The Marriott was wonderful. We traveled 2 hrs to get there to spend Easter with our grandkids. I asked for a early check in and they said no problem -we were in our room at 1230 and my wife and grandkids at the pool by 1pm-that made her very happy

I will return. This hotel meet every expectation and some.

We have made this one of our favorite places to stay when in the area visiting family. Great pool, indoor and out, open late. Close to everything. It's easy and very nice. Comfortable, clean. What you would expect from the Marriotts of this level. Only complaint I may have, would be the staff was a bit "uppity". We had been driving all day, and I'm sure didn't look like we rated the same service as some of the very well dressed people in the lobby. I have two kids that were tired and had potato chips and juice all over their t-shirts. Anyhoo.... our money spends just as well... and our 2012 Honda Odyssey is paid off... lets just say, I felt over looked when we got there. We had reservations, but the room wasn't ready. Others got their rooms ... we had to complain about this... and finally got someone to listen, or they got tired of my kids in the lobby. Whatever works. :) All in all, I do recommend this hotel, once you get past the snobby lobby.
