Excellent Place to Stay

This lovely property was perfect for our family. It's inviting, clean, offers plenty of private and public spaces, and is close to groceries, great shopping and tourist attractions. We had no problem sharing 2 bathrooms with 4 adults and 4 under 12 kids. Bobby's an amazing host!

It's hard to say what stood out most about our stay at this perfect spot. We were a party of 8, and we all adored the home, the outdoor spaces and the amenities. Communication with our host was always seamless, timely, friendly and accommodating. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy individual conversations and group activities over the course of our 4 night stay. Comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen for meal-cooking, easy access to the surrounding LA area. We were planning our next stay here before we left.

Perfect place for a big group!

My friends and I stayed in Bobby’s rental for a long weekend and had a blast. The pool and outdoor area was wonderful during the day, and the spacious kitchen was great for the big family-style dinners we made. Rental is also close to Malibu, which was convenient as well! Easy check in process, and the house was very clean. Bobby was super responsive throughout my entire stay.

Family get together for Thanskgiving

The home was perfect for the 5 of us to spend a few days together and be near our relatives in Calabasas. So spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the backyard pool and cactus garden sitting areas in the late afternoon soaking up the sun. Very well equipted with everything we needed. The location is ideal, close to shopping and restaurants, 5 min. to The Commons in Calabasas.

Perfect and Easy

8 of us used the property for a retreat for our theatre company. The place was absolutely great for us. We had just the right amount of beds, all the amenities needed for the kitchen so we could bring and prepare our meals, and great spaces for meeting inside and out. It felt like a cabin getaway, even though we were still in the city. And the host made everything so easy and was incredibly responsive. Just perfect.

Fabulous family spot !!!!

We picked tBobbys spot due to location and away from the busy la area ! We enjoyed Bobbys home the yard and overall wonderful amenities it provided We’re outstanding !!! The kitchen was fully stocked !! It was close enough to get wherever we needed to go but when we returned it was like we entered a paradise surrounding ! The yard and gardens are breathtaking and tranquil ! The pool and bbq area was well used and enjoyed ! Bobby was responsive to our question and solved a minor issue with the pool pump !!! He was great ! We thoroughly enjoyed our time ! Would love to stay here again !

Family Reunion

Stunning home, great location close to everything. The host was very diligent and always available for any questions we had. The home has wonderful amenities for a big family. The kitchen can be better because is big and has all the utensils we need to cook and enjoy enjoy meals in family. The bedrooms were decorated with style and very confortable. Also, all the rooms in the house are the perfect size so you don't think you are in a hotel room. Few plus that other properties did not have, an amazing gaming room which my family enjoy a lot and a beautiful out of the ordinary back yard with a spotless pool and stunning garden.

Great Family House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Villa La Reforma! Its location in a quiet area of Woodland Hills was perfect for our extended family. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and provides a tranquil setting for relaxing. Unfortunately, the weather in LA was fairly cool which kept us from enjoying the very well maintained pool. Bobby, the owner was really responsive when we had an issue with the lighting in one bedroom. He quickly sent an electrician to address the problem. The location is convenient to Malibu and lots of great hiking areas as well as The Getty and Universal Studios.

Would stay here again

Bobby was a great communicator. Check was easy & seemless. We had nine people stay in the house (two families w kids ranging from 9-18). Although this home technically sleeps 10, that means all but two people are sharing a bed so keep that in mind when planning. Somewhat dated decor but clean, spacious & tidy. Weather was cooler so we did not utilize the outdoor pool area but it is spacious & nice. We invited another family over (additional 5 people) for snacks & games one evening. The living room/dinning room area was comfortably cozy but not cramped even with 14 people for the evening. Quiet neighborhood. We were in town for Pepperdine graduation. Great location to get to Malibu & very easy access to local restaurants. Plenty of parking (driveway easily fits three cars). We would stay here again :)
