Parking on premise is an additional $15 a night. Seems like a shady way to artificially bump their rate. Everything else was good and it's in a nice location. Cool things like a farmer's market on Saturday just down the street. Many local bars and restaurants.

We only stayed one night here but it was fabulous. It was a busy night. Lots of hustle and bustle of people and dogs actually, but it was a great vibe. Everyone was super nice. There are lots of great restaurants and music within a short walk but they have a great little cafe with small bites and drinks right there on the premises too. I would ask for a room that wasn’t on the freeway side or next to the ice machine next time but all in all, I totally recommend!

The property was close to lots of amenities within walking distance. I was only there for a day so didn’t have much time to find anything to dislike.

perfect location, nicely appointed and nice rooms.

Cleanliness is 5 stars! And staff are very friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

Dresser drawer kept opening on it's own. TV didn't work. Refrigerator didn't work after turning it on.

Always like staying at the Anza, convenient, good service, and event with losing power on the last day due to the fires, the staff were great and very helpful.

Anza hotel is great for business & personal trips. Ideally for adults. The pool was different from the picture shown on the internet. My kids were not interested on the pool. Also we had no wifi. Internet was not working at all. We couldn’t looks up sites to see. When you entered the hotel it had an awkward smell. However the restaurant was great. Not sure if we will come back again. Thank you.

After leaving for an all day work event over an hour away from the hotel, I realized I had taken my engagement ring off in my sleep (as I so often do). I immediately texted (yes! they respond to texts!) the hotel and informed them of my missing ring. Not knowing what to do and always fearing the worst, I resigned to telling them not to do any housekeeping for fear of it being stolen. They were sympathetic and wished me the best. However, when I arrived back my at hotel that evening, I was brought to tears when I saw that the staff had indeed come into my room and cleaned it from top to bottom. . . with the intent to find my ring, which was placed gently in the center of my neatly made bed.

Great location, friendly staff, close to great shops and dining.

Nothing great but for one night it works. Showers are horrible.

This is a really nice hotel and we had a great experience. Beds are super comfy. It was nice and quiet. Food was great. The bathrooms are re-done and super nice. Overall, we felt very comfortable in a 2 Queen room with our 4 year old. I would absolutely stay again.

Front desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms along the back of the property are very noisy from traffic on the 101 freeway. It is most noticeable at night, when you are trying to go to sleep. Not uncommon to be awakened by a loud motorcycle accelerating on the freeway. Hotel attempt to add an "interior window" to dampen the sound (as opposed to replacing the original windows with true multi-paned windows). Given the sound level, I would rate this as "ineffective". I found the mattress to be too soft. Water supply from shower was insufficient and the "modern" shower design resulted in lots of water getting onto the bathroom floor. Day 2, for our room's three guests, received four bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 face cloths????

Great area in Calabasas! Hotel was clean and comfortable - great area to go for night walks!

The room was decent. I like that if you don’t have housekeeping clean you get a $5 gift card to grab something in hotel store.

I know was holiday weekend, but they need to be ready for the kind the days . No enough parking lot. You can hear everything between rooms.

Hotel is fine but nothing fancy. More like a Hampton Inn or something except they nickel and dime you. They have ample parking but charge 15 bucks to park a car. Crazy! They advertise the reception from 5-7 pm but in reality that's a rip off too. Stay at the Hilton down the road. It's a little nicer and parking is free.
