The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was large and most importantly clean. We used the shuttle to take to the cruise port and they were also wonderful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Worst Crown Plaza

Probably one of the worst Crown Plaza's that I've stayed at. The staff was decent, but not very knowledgeable I asked for directions to somewhere walkable to eat, the guy behind the counter looked like he had no idea where he was. Anyway, aside from that, the bathroom was gross, 1st the shower handle was falling off and leaking, 2nd there was mold in the caulking of the bathtub and shower area. The food was good, but I thought it was complementary, not only that, but over priced.

I stayed here for a couple of nights while between cruises. Not only was the hotel able to hold my luggage til my room was ready, but my room was ready by 1pm which was wonderful. Checkout was a breeze, and I was in an uber to my next cruise very fast. Would absolutely stay here again.
