This is out second stay at this hotel, and we came back for a reason. The room was clean, the bed and pillows was comfy and cozy. There were plenty of towels.
Unfortunately this visit was in the middle of some sort of remodel and the lobby area was a mess with very loud noise from the construction, but obviously something like that can't be helped, and I felt sorry for the hotel workers sitting next to it. But we couldn't hear it from our room and just opted to access from the back door and avoided the lobby until checkout.
We made three stops into the lobby while there. The gentlman who checked us in and out was not overly friendly, a smile and a kinder tone would have been more pleasant, but he was helpful and did his job. the younger worker who we crossed paths with earlier on our trip was much more upbeat. I give a pass to the less than friendly service based on being stuck next to the construction noise. We like this location, can recommend it and will be back.
