Perfectly sized room with great provided toiletries etc, staff were kind and very helpful, the provided luggage storage was a life saver and great location for traveling to city centre as old street tube stop is around the corner

The hotel is very clean and at a very convenient location, easy to access busses and the tube. The basement rooms are sweltering though. And the air con in my room only stayed on for 4 minutes at a time. So i had to keep turning it on over and over again till the room cooled down. It would have been nice to have actual wash clothes included with the towels. But thats a minor detail. Also nice would have been a mini fridge...maybe where the kettle is and put that on top of it. I would stay here again...just not in a windowless room. Beds were a little hard but i got used to it.
