Great flat in a great location. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that there’s a construction site right next to it with construction of a residential tower starting. It will get noisy and be overlooked for the next couple of years.

The location is perfect—truly unbeatable. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the apartment did not meet our expectations. The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable and appears to be partially broken. The cleanliness was below expectations. It wasn’t terrible, but it certainly wasn’t impressive. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The mattresses were not very comfortable. There were several maintenance issues throughout the apartment, particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms. The check-in details arrived too late. I also tried contacting the host through Expedia, but it took more than three days to receive a response. There were no clear instructions on how to use the property or follow basic house procedures, such as when and how to take out the rubbish.
