The restaurant was amazing, with great gluten-free options. We had a wonderful dinner server, Standa, and our breakfast server, Patricia, was just as excellent. Both were incredibly friendly and helpful—even took some time to chat with us about London and offer a bit of advice.
I also really enjoyed the amenities. The saunas were among the best I’ve ever experienced—and I go to saunas often. The wet sauna, in particular, was impressively hot, and the dry sauna was excellent too. After days of navigating public transit, this was exactly what I needed. We stayed for two nights before flying back home, and it turned out to be a perfect choice.
