Main desk and cleaning staff are always helpful and welcoming. The rooms especially the carpets are looking tired if not past their best. Quality of the breakfast has deteriorated. Probably consider alternative accommodation in the future after several years.

Another nice stay at this hotel. Great location, we choose to drive to the hotel, than tube into central London, great location for us. Managed to get parked ok, car park very small. Staff very good, nice room and facilities ok for us. Free breakfast is just what’s needed nothing flash but very ample, good choice and tasty. Great price on his hotel to. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel

Absolutely perfect for what we needed. 30 second walk from the tube, staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. It’s a no frills stay - but clean and beds were comfy. It was an easy journey in to Wembley as well. Would definitely stay again.

Coldplay stopover

This hotel was the perfect base for our overnight stay in London to watch Coldplay at Wembley. Do not expect 5* luxury, it does what it says on the tin. Very friendly staff, comfortable room and a really good breakfast.
