This is amazing house - very large rooms, lots of outdoor space, great parking space and really cute decor. The house and bedding were both clean and nice. The location to all of our activities was just perfect. We will definitely keep this house on our list for another visit.PS We also appreciate that it was dog friendly.

This was a wonderful home for our family. We stayed during the Thanksgiving holiday and our adult children appreciated the comfortable rooms with King sized beds. The kitchen was perfect and I was able to prepare some dishes to take to our Thanksgiving dinner at a nearby home. We loved being able to hang out with each other in the spacious den, and my youngest son enjoyed playing the piano! I highly recommend this home for a comfortable stay in Little Rock.

This house was amazing! The rooms were all very spacious, each with king beds. The kitchen was fully equipped, and even included a full spice rack for a nice touch not commonly found in vacation rentals. The showers bith had handicap bars, which were extremely useful for my elderly relatives who stayed with me. The host was very quick to respond and resolve the minor issue we did have with a tripped breaker. I would most certainly stay here again!

We can't say enough about this property. Space, space, and more space. Beautiful, clean, hugh yard for the dogs, nice neighborhood, comfortable, homey, nice clean grill for cooking. Perfect get together place for family

A Home away from Home!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Chris’s rental home! The house was large, spacious, and truly felt like a five-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just minutes from a grocery store and very close to the State Fair Grounds. We were in town for a Kid Rock concert, and it was such a treat to come back to an ice-cold, powerful AC and endless hot water for everyone to shower comfortably.Chris was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and communicative throughout our entire stay. The kitchen was huge and fully stocked with everything we needed, and the backyard was just as impressive, featuring a brand new gas grill and plenty of space to relax.We were more than pleased with this rental and can’t thank Chris enough for helping make this once-in-a-lifetime trip with my family so memorable.
