NO PARTIES NO PETS. Welcome to the beautiful, upscale neighborhood of Sixmile! Located on the South side of Lethbridge, very close to the Enmax Centre, Hospital, Lethbridge College and Costco! Our spacious suite was purposefully designed for short term stays. This is a spacious, bright suite with large windows. You will enjoy a touch of luxury in the suite including: exotic "leathered" granite countertops, two separate bathroom vanities and new, ultra comfortable memory foam mattresses. Our suite is thoughtfully appointed and includes a full kitchen, washer, dryer and independent (guest controlled) heat and hot water! Off street parking is provided and you will enjoy complete privacy via your separate entrance. Sixmile is a quiet development with a great park just steps from the suite. We promise a clean, inviting suite and are ready to help make your stay enjoyable and stress free! We look forward to hosting you!
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood which makes for a great night's sleep. The home is very clean and has everything you'd need for a weekend stay. The instructions to gain access to the suite were confusing. I called the owner and he helped me figure it out. One of my guests, who arrived without me, couldn't open the door using the original instructions - she ended up sleeping in her car for a few hours until I showed up to help her figure it out. The toilet in the suite is incredibly loud. Not too bad during the day, but it's too loud to use in the middle of the night. All in all I was happy with my choice in renting this property and I will rent it again the next time I'm in Lethbridge
