The pool was being fixed but it was atrocious looking. Our cable box didn't work. Our blow dryer nearly lit on fire. The bathtub paint was chipping and looked awful. The breakfast was very lackluster.

Because of my job I've worked all over the province of Alberta and there is no comparison to the friendliness and respect that the manager displays everyday without fail. Stayed at the hotel 12 years ago and was extremely satisfied with the property. However after 12 years the property has significantly deterred to lack of maintenance or upgrading. As I recall the property catered to families however did not notice any families presently and appears to cater to working individuals. Will not be staying at the property any more.

A decent stay,

The staff were super friendly and helpful, went out of their way to make me comfortable. The hot tub wasnt hot maybe room temp at best, i had to ask for towels as clean was out. They have started up grades on suites. Look forward to seeing it finished
