The condo was well appointed and clean and easy to access on the first floor (there are stairs to access the building). The parking space is right in front with easy access to Hwy 85, downtown Lead, and Deadwood.

Outrageous fees

The “host fees” that you don’t see until checkout are almost higher than the advertised rate, which just about doubled what we were expecting to pay. Coffee maker did not work, which was a huge disappointment. Had to leave right away each morning just to get coffee for everyone.

Great stay! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the little fireplace—it made the space feel extra cozy. Check-in was easy, and all communication with our host was smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again!

I am a diabetic and I had no Internet for my insulin pump to work accurately on my phone. Tried to resolve the issues, but no one would call me back.

Wonderful cozy stay

What a wonderful condo ! So cozy and so nicely decorated! Very impressed pictures were exactly what we expected . Would have enjoyed more coffee cups one of our only complaints. Two cups was hard to work thru for four adults. But we loved our stay and would do it again in a heartbeat. Great quiet location ! Great atmosphere! Thank you for make our stay wonderful!

Seemed nice on initial glance

Overall it was just okay but little things have been neglected and ignored. Loose door handles (multiple), loose drawer knobs. Missing knobs for heater units. No shampoo or body soap for showers. One tablet for dishwasher even though we were there for 4 nights. No broom however a dust pan was present. Had plenty of cooking utensils and items but not enough dishes or plates for the 6 people that could stay there. TV was limited to Samsung plus TV channels. And one bathtub dripped like crazy. Beds were okay but was hard to get the temperature right in the entire unit because of the old fashioned floorboard heaters throughout the place.

Okay place, but there's better out there for the price.

Correspondence from our guest contacts was extremely poor. We then contacted the management company and was given incorrect information. The cleanliness of the apartment was not the greatest. Dust all over the fans, dirty kitchen floors, under the sink was dripping and stained like it's been dripping awhile. Towels were probably clean, but stained. Toiletries such as shampoo and body wash were empty. The dispenser was there but conditioner only. There were 4 of us and only 3 coffee cups and 4 keurig cups with coffee for 3 days.🙁 I think we left it in better condition than when we arrived. Very poor correspondence and wish it would have been cleaner and had what we needed for four people. We were surprised with this type of service as we JUST were in Breckenridge CO in July and had a great experience with Evolve.

Home away from home!

We liked the set up of having the equivalent of two master bedrooms. We only ate out once as we have special diets and enjoy cooking our own meals. The quietness of the condo was impressive. It is nicely decorated in an up-to-date fashion. Loved the faux blue flame fireplace. (Kitchen could use a scissors, and living room blinds had three slats missing.)

Yellowstone trip

The condo was exactly as described. The outside of the property surprised us with the window AC units until we saw that all the buildings had them. The condo was a great location for us and very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again should the occasion arise.
