Nice property

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was a great addition. The bar was awaome.

Nice hotel and convenient to many activities in the area. Good breakfast options

I would be happy to come back

👍 Very spacey two queens room. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Free shuttle to Deadwood in the late afternoon and evening. 👎 Noise from vending machine and ice cube machine just outside the room and noisy refrigerator in the room resulted in hardly any sleep. Breakfast buffet was out of essential items like eggs and sausages 1 hour before breakfast time ended and we had to initiate a refill.

Great pet friendly hotel in the Black Hills, close to the ski resort!

The property is a great location and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean.

The building was a little old and dated but the price was great and so was the staff. I’d definitely stay here again.

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Room and hotel was clean and in good shape. If (hopefully) we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely stay here again!

Reception was good. Decent atmosphere small beer/wine bar. Beer was very cold. They have a shuttle to take you to restaurants/bars/casino and pick you up. I didn't use it but it's a nice service. Smells were neutral, bed comfortable. No issues.

Very nice , clean hotel close to all attractions and monuments.

They need more staff. The poor lady was trying to run the breakfast, front counter, and the bar!

In my opinion….buyer, beware! Online, this hotel was considered 4.2 or 4.3 stars. It was quite evident when we got inside that it was a much older property, the rooms needed updating, There was no central air. However, it did have a window air conditioner in it. The carpet looked like it was back from the 1970’s and had a unique smell. Luckily, we brought Air freshener so that helped. In my opinion this was more like a 2,5- 3 star hotel. The front desk gentleman was very gracious. Parking was an issue, as well.

Great place to stay, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was awesome and the amenities were amazing .

Comfortable room Professional staff

Hotel staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I called ahead to see if k could get a cot and while they weren’t able to due to fire code they did upgrade our room at no charge to one with a couch. My daughter is special needs and we really appreciated their effort in making her comfortable.

The building is obviously older, but has been kept decent. Our room was very clean and only had subtle signs of its age. The staff that checked us in was very friendly but we didn't encounter any others. Area seems safe and quiet. Our room was mostly quiet, although a lot of sound came through the door, so we could hear every word of loud talkers in the hallway. Thankfully, no noises seemed to make their way through the walls between rooms. The parking area does not have much room, especially when people ignore the trailer area and park with their snowmobile trailers taking up multiple parking spots. If the hotel was full, i dont know where everyone would park! There wasnt anywhere within walking distance to eat, so you had to sacrifice your parking spot to get dinner.

Clean! Exceptional friendly staff, esp front desk!
