Pillows

The pillows really need to be changed I had to go buy pillows to be comfortable they are so old they can't even be called pillows now it's just loose cotton. The staff some of the ladies are just very rude.the elevators don't work.

This is an older building with single pane windows that do not secure properly. As a result, being in Laredo Texas, during the summer...the air conditioner was not able to keep up, making the room very unpleasant. Also, when I was packing up to check out, I noticed roaches running back into the corner of the room by the A/C unit.
