Our room needed to cleaned more throughly. There were smears of food/residue on the furniture. The wall art work was damage (ripped) and needed to be replaced or taken down. The room itself smelled like dogs/pets. There were finger and handprints on the bathroom walls. It just wasn’t throughly cleaned, maybe wiped down at best.

We stay here every time we go to Michigan State. The staff is always friendly and accommodating however, our room had ants in the bathroom and that was absolutely disgusting! Please keep your rooms, up-to-date, and maintenance and properly taken care of.

We had a great stay. The room was mostly clean and we appreciated that there was breakfast available and the hotel pool. The only issue is the pullout bed is very uncomfortable, so if you have more than 4 people, be prepared for that. Appreciate the full size fridge and kitchen setup.

I’ve always enjoyed staying at Residence Inns. This one, however, is in dire need of an update. The carpet and furniture is dated, no USB ports. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. I love that it’s pet friendly.
